Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing

• 1 c mayonnaise
• 2 T finely chopped onion
• 1 t finely minced garlic
• 1/4 c finely chopped parsley
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 T white vinegar
• 1/4 c crumbled bleu cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
  

Mix all ingredients together well. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
