Glazed Bacon
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (can use more brown sugar, if needed)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and then parchment paper. Arrange bacon in a single layer. Sprinkle with pepper and brown sugar.
- Bake until bacon is crisp and browned.
- Cool on rack or wax paper. Do not use paper towel, it will stick to paper towel.
