Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce from the original Amana Radarange cookbook.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- dash salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- Mix together dry ingredients in 1-quart or 2-cup glass measure. Stir in water.
- Cook in microwave on full power for about 1-1/2 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.
- Blend in butter
- Cook in microwave for 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir halfway through cooking time.
- Blend in vanilla.
I remember this one. It was the best ever.
