Roasted Peppers

Roasted Peppers
  • peppers
  • olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut peppers in half. Remove seeds and stems. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Roast for about 30 minutes or until peppers are soft.
