- 1/4 lb ground pork (or mild sausage)
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1T soy sauce
- 3/4 c water
- 1 1/2 T cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c water
- Slice cauliflower into 1/4" thick slices.
- Stir fry pork and onion until pork is browned.
- Add cauliflower, soy sauce and 3/4 cup of water. Cover and cook ingredients for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add corn starch solution and cook til it shines.
