Cauliflower with Ground Pork

Cauliflower with Ground Pork
  • 1/4 lb ground pork (or mild sausage)
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1T soy sauce
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1 1/2 T cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c water
  1. Slice cauliflower into 1/4" thick slices.
  2. Stir fry pork and onion until pork is browned.
  3. Add cauliflower, soy sauce and 3/4 cup of water. Cover and cook ingredients for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add corn starch solution and cook til it shines.
