Iowa Ham Rolls

Iowa Ham Rolls
  • 2 1/2 lb. ground smoked ham
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. crushed graham crackers
Sauce:
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 t. dry mustard
  • 1 3/4 c. brown sugar
  1. Combine meats, milk, eggs, graham crackers; mix well
  2. Shape into 24 individual loaves.
  3. Place in shallow baking dish and cover with the sauce, which has been well mixed.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
