Sourdough Waffles
- 2 c of Sourdough "Starter"
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 T fresh ground ginger or 1 tsp. of dry ground ginger
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 to 4 T cooking oil or melted butter
- Mix all ingredients except egg white.
- Beat egg whites.
- Fold egg whites into batter.
- Make waffles.
