- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 T dried onion flakes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Finely crumble beef and cook in water until meat starts to brown. Drain.
- Add 2 cup chicken broth and dried onion. Cook, uncovered, over low heat until most of the liquid evaporates. Stir occasionally. This takes about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Serve on fresh hamburger buns, offer dill slices, mustard, and chopped onions
